Chris is currently on tour with Trey Songs and Tyga and one of the options they gave to their fans is to buy a ticket which lets in a meet & greet where fans get to take pics with the stars.
Comfortably, this fan made sure she got every single dollar out of her meat & greet ticket by coming out with no underwear and backing it up on Chris Brown...so seemed very happy to oblige.
